“We’ve seen this time and again where the court goes out of its way to find a way to uphold things that have been enacted or are favored by one political party, and find a way to shut down or to repudiate the other position,” Bloom said. “And it gives us kind of a two-tier justice appearance, certainly, maybe, to a lot of folks.”
